What is your booking process?
In order to hold the date, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit.
50% of the total balance is due 30 days before the event and is non-refundable if there is a cancelation. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event starts. If the event is canceled within 48 hours of the start of the event, there are no refunds.
What areas do you play in?
Our main area is Milwaukee and surrounding areas within a 40 mile radius. If it is outside of the area, there may be a mileage fee.
We also play in the Fox Cities area upon request.
Will you help us make song selections for our event?
Yes! We can help you curate a song list depending on the type and style of your event or ceremony.
Do you play outdoor events and venues?
Yes! We can play outdoors given a few restrictions. Our instruments are sensitive to extreme hot and cold temperatures so if its under 60 degrees, we cannot play outside. If it’s raining (even a slight drizzle), we need to be completely covered. In hot summer temperatures, we need to be under a shelter, either natural shade or an umbrella or tent.
Do you bring your own sound system?
We typically don’t need a sound system during our performance. The sound carries so that everyone can hear us throughout the venue. If you require a sound system we do have it, but we typically don’t need it for most venues.
What happens if someone in your quartet gets sick?
We work with many musicians around the area and if someone is unable to perform, we have a long list of people to fill in if something should happen.
We have someone who would like to sing/perform with you. Is it possible?
Yes! We just need to make sure that our music is arranged in the same key. If there is extra rehearsal time needed, there may be an extra fee added.
